Balancing Leadership and Growth

Guiding teams through the digital landscape is my workday forte as a Digital Marketing Leader. Embracing creativity fuels my strategic approach, bridging the gap between data-driven insights and innovative campaigns. Lines between work and leisure blur as I immerse myself in projects, both professional and personal, driven by a love for growth and impact.

Here then, is a holistic profile that integrates my current Myers-Briggs personality type, and my PAEI model scores. I built it taking into account my strengths, weaknesses, and approach to personal and professional growth.

Personality Type: The Advocate

As an INFJ-T, I possess a blend of qualities that shape both my personal and professional life. My conscientious, principled, and idealistic nature drives me to pursue meaningful goals. I'm not content with daydreams – taking tangible actions to align reality with my aspirations. Most of the time. This tendency to strive for alignment can create internal pressures when outcomes don't match my expectations.

I'm someone who sets lofty goals and is conscientious. While I strive for greatness, I sometimes feel the weight of my expectations when things don't align with my ideals.

I place strong emphasis on personal growth, effective communication, and career development. Seeking advice and insights to enhance my skills is a priority for me. Adaptable in my approach, I tailor my tone and style to different situations and people.

While personality types offer insights, I'm in control of my own journey, and growth is an ongoing process. We all evolve over time, and I'm excited to continue learning and growing as I navigate my unique path. The Advocate resonates with me as it reflects my nature and current tendencies.

    * "As mentioned earlier, the four characters mentioned above are allegorical. The Adizes Methodology holds that under normal circumstances, all people are able to operate in all four management modes. However, we are naturally strongest in only one of the four styles, almost from birth. A secondary style develops as we mature, and by adulthood we are usually very capable in our second mode. A third style can be learned with more effort, and in our weakest style we can function but will almost always benefit from some help. Our accomplishments in our weakest mode will never be as swift, easy and natural as achievement in our dominant modes. Teaming up with someone whose style profile complements ours is the only way to address all four horizons of concern with equal competence. In order for this teaming up to work, we have to respect the different values and priorities of our complementary partners. Conflict is guaranteed, but mutual respect keeps it constructive " - Adizes Methodology (PAEI)
